Return Process

  3. Ship the Item – Pack the item securely and send it using a trackable shipping service. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
  4. Inspection & Refund – Once received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds & Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days to your original payment method.
  • If you haven’t received a refund within 10 days, check with your bank or payment provider.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.

Exchanges

  • If you need a different SKU item, you can request an exchange by following the return process.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

International Returns
